Kevin Centofanti, CFA

President

Mr. Centofanti is the President of Brooks, Houghton & Company, Inc. and its affiliates. Additionally, he is a Registered Principal of Brooks, Houghton Securities, Inc. Previously, he was a Senior Managing Director of the firm involved in all aspects of its investment banking business. Areas of particular interest to him include healthcare, food and beverage, business services, manufacturing, and intellectual property. Before joining BHC, he was a Partner at The Nassau Group where he focused on technology and special situations for the firm, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures/sales and on a wide range of capital raising initiatives. Previously, Mr. Centofanti was a Managing Director at WR Hambrecht + Co., a merchant and investment bank. At WR Hambrecht, Mr. Centofanti focused on advising new media, software, and special situation companies on public and private capital raising, mergers, acquisitions, and sales. Prior to WR Hambrecht, Mr. Centofanti was at Daiwa Securities America, an international investment bank. He founded that firm's private equity group, which concentrated primarily on funding emerging growth companies in the technology and healthcare industries.

Mr. Centofanti received B.S. degrees in Pharmacy and Business from SUNY at Buffalo, and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Columbia University. Additionally, he holds the CFA designation.

Anthony Moretti

Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking

Mr. Moretti brings with him over 15 years of investment and commercial banking experience to Brooks, Houghton & Company. Mr. Moretti has spent his career assisting middle market and emerging growth companies on numerous assignments involving mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, debt and equity financings (public and private), general corporate finance advisory, valuations and fairness opinions. Mr. Moretti's transaction experience covers several industry sectors, including apparel & footwear, consumer electronics, digital media, filmed and interactive entertainment, personal care products and services, recreational products, retail and toys.

Prior to joining Brooks, Houghton, Mr. Moretti served as a Director at BMO Capital Markets where he provided investment and corporate banking services to a broad range of consumer and media & entertainment clients. Prior to BMO, he served as a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at RBC Capital Markets.

Mr. Moretti received a BA in Business Economics from Brown University.

Dr. Domenico Pecorini

Senior Managing Director

Dr. Domenico Pecorini is Senior Managing Director of Brooks Houghton & Company Inc. and Executive Chairman of Brooks Houghton Overseas srl, with the responsibility of developing investment and corporate finance opportunities in the EMEA and Asia markets.

Dr. Pecorini sits on the Board of Directors of Intensivecare SpA, a medical technology Italian company listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and on the Advisory Board of Gaucho Group listed on the NYSE-OTCQB. Dr. Pecorini is also Chairman of Life Episteme Group, a technology and marketing company based in Geneva, Switzerland.

He is a PhD and registered lecturer of LUISS University of Rome in International Economics, specialized in Trade Finance and Project Financing.

Prior experiences include Chief Operating Officer of Fondazione Parco Biomedico San Raffaele of Rome, a science park focusing on regenerative medicine and stem cells, Executive Director of Stilbon SA, a Geneva-based oil and gas trading company, President and CEO of Inveni Engineering, a company with patents and know-how in renewable energies and specialized in environmental studies and civil works, CEO of L'ARCOSS SpA, a German-Italian general contractor, and Head of Foreign Activities at ISMES SpA - ENEL Group, one of the largest European utilities.

Andrea Gentili

Managing Director

In addition to his role as Managing Director of Brooks Houghton & Co., Mr. Gentili is Senior Managing Director of Brooks Houghton Overseas, a division of BHC focused on European and other international markets.

Mr. Gentili has over 20 years of international experience in the management of companies and investments in Europe, America and Australia and has significant international M&A and post-acquisition experience.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Gentili was co-founder and COO of Kobo Funds, an international advisor with HQ in London (UK), active in investment management, M&A, and Corporate Finance focused on the SME market.

During his career Mr. Gentili has held senior management positions in both large multinationals (Accenture, IBM, EMC, Alcatel - Lucent, Finmeccanica) and SMEs (Giunti Group, Red Bee Media) with a distinguished track record of driving growth, improving performance, and increasing shareholders value.

Mr. Gentili received an MSc in Electronic Engineering from the University of Rome (Italy) "La Sapienza".
