Sell-Side and Buy-Side M&A Advisory is a cornerstone of BHC's investment banking practice. Our work in this area includes advising private and public companies and financial sponsors in connection with (i) transactions that include acquisitions, company sales and divestitures, recapitalizations, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, and joint ventures, and (ii) the planning associated with M&A, including M&A strategy, valuation, and target or buyer identification.
